2. Mental Health liabilities. The mental health individuals affiliated with our platform are certified professionals and act based on their personal expertise and knowledge. Our platform serves as an intermediary to match users and professionals, thus carrying no liability in the content and quality of the provided service.
3. Payment. The management of your electronic transactions is done by an independent licensed payments company. We accept payments through Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards. Melapus Ltd does not have any access to your personal bank account information. It also withholds no relevant financial data of its clients and carries no liability in case of electronic fraud.
4. Appointment Reminders. We will use the email address, and home and work numbers which you provide to us in order to make or confirm your appointments. Unless you request otherwise, our staff will leave messages at these numbers with either appointment information or requests to contact us.
We reserve the right to amend this Notice of Privacy Practices at any time in the future. Until such amendment is made, we are required by law to comply with this Notice of Privacy Practices. We will post the current Notice of Privacy Practices on our website.
