Panagiotis Proestos was born in Dubai, UAE and lives and works in Cyprus.

He has also been an active member of the Cyprus Red Cross Psychosocial Support and Migration Committees, is a member of the Cyprus Society of Synthetic Psychotherapy, and Vice President of the Cyprus Association of Psychologists.

- 2015-2016: E-Sunnet Sustainable network through e-learning (EU fund), Nicosia (Cyprus). Support program for people with disabilities.
- 2015-2017: Working Along with Key Experts (EU funded project), Nicosia Cyprus. Support and training program for victims of violence management (domestic, gender, victims of trafficking, child abuse). 2016-2018: Consultant external partner Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Insurance - Assessments for disability benefits.
