Μy name is Maria Poimenidou and I was born in Xanthi in 1995. Movement has always been an integral part of my life mainly through dance. I combined dance with my studies in Psychology, developing my scientific knowledge and love for the profession. In 2018, I completed my studies at the School of Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2020 I completed postgraduate studies in Dance Movement Psychotherapy Goldsmiths University of London. My education continues with the three-year specialization in Cognitive Behavioral 
Psychotherapy from the Center for Applied Psychotherapy and Counseling in Thessaloniki. Recently, I moved and work at the Democritus University of Thrace and have my own office in Xanthi, where I provide individual and group psychological support sessions.
