Short Description
Sophia Sagnou is a licensed psychologist based in Athens, Greece. She holds a degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is currently training in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy by the Forum of Athens-IF- School of Psychoanalysis of the Forums of the Lacanian Field (IF-EPFCL). She currently works at the Speech and Language Therapy Centre ‘’Empathy’’ and also provides psychotherapeutical and counselling sessions in her private practice. She works with issues such as anxiety, self-image and self-esteem, body image, grief, workplace related mental health issues and more. She aims to create an environment in which the individual feels safe and comfortable so that they can work through what is troubling them and provide a solution, thus improving their life.
