Short Description
Christina Tzitzifa is a psychologist and maintains a private office in Nea Ionia. At the same time she works as a psychologist in Primary Education in Attica. She holds a degree in Psychology from the School of Social Sciences of the University of Crete, Department of Psychology.
She has been trained in the Family Therapeutic System Model at the Family Therapy Unit of the Attica Psychiatric Hospital (NNA) but also in the Cognitive Approach at the Institute of Psychiatry Research University.
She is also trained in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Diagnosis of Children and Adults. She was educated in the program of "Child Psychology" of the University of the Aegean. In addition, she has been trained in "Separation and Divorce Management" and in "Applications of Counseling Psychology in the Education of Children and Adolescents" of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens (NCSR).
She offers psychotherapeutic and counseling support to adolescents and adults and she treats a range of disorders, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, phobias, panic attacks, and more. In addition she conducts counseling and parenting sessions as well as couple therapy.
She has worked as a psychologist at the Social Service of the municipalities of Acharnes and Kifissia and volunteered in the municipality of Metamorphosis.
