She is a Clinical Psychologist and an accredited Cognitive Psychotherapist, specialized in the treatment of addictions and mental disorders. The theoretical frame of reference is psychodynamic, but she also applies Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy or other therapeutic approaches and techniques, depending on the needs of the therapists.
She has worked in psychiatric units of the National Health System from 2001 to 2012 and has been working
in the last 6 years in Istanbul as head of a scientific team of psychologists, a supervisor and a trainer. She undertakes cases of alcohol/ drug addiction, anxiety disorders, mood disorders (depression), anger management, eating disorders and relationship problems.
Sessions can be done in Greek, English or Turkish and are aimed at teenagers, adults and couples. The Psychologist prefers to do online sessions ONLY because she lives permanently abroad.
