Angeliki is a Psychologist with specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including a Psychiatric Clinic, an Alzheimer’s Day Center, a Refugee and Migrant Temporary Accommodation Facility, and as a Student Mentor in Leiden University.
Her approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and genuine understanding. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, which have been proven effective in treating a wide range of mental health conditions. During your sessions, you will work together as a team to identify your challenges and develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs. You will focus on your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to understand how they may be impacting your life, and she will provide evidence-based practices to help you manage your symptoms and improve your mental health.
